Step 2: Book Your VIP Day
Ready to move forward? Schedule your day. WE RECOMMEND BOOKING TWO TO THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Payment is due at time of booking. Once everything is completed we will start the process of getting prepared.
Step 3: Prepare for your day
Yay, You're booked! We will now create your customized plan and SEND OVER YOUR PRE-WORK so you can gather together all information needed for our day of work.
Step 4: It's VIP Day
Time for you to SIT BACK and let us do the work. You DO NOT need to be on a call with us for our day, however we ask that you are available should we have any questions or issues throughout the day.
Step 5: Day Complete, Next Steps
Once your day is complete, you will have A WEEK TO REVIEW and we'd be happy to make any final edits up to 1 hour.
BONUS: 30 DAYS OF SUPPORT
As a bonus to the all-day intensive, you will also receive 30 days of support following our intensive, starting with the day after the intensive. You will be able to email or message us with any questions or concerns you have about the work that was performed during our intensive, and you will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials. This support does not cover additional tech work that exceeds what was done in our day together. If you have additional work that needs to be performed, you will have the option to book another day or a half-day intensive.
